These rates are proposed, but will not be final until HCPF has reviewed and approved them and CMS approves the methodology. When final, the rates will be published by HCPF.

The Arc of US is pleased to announce the launch of www.StopTheWait.org, a new website devoted to tracking the status of all the state waiting lists and state waiting list campaigns across the country.

The Arc of United States, working with state and local chapters is committed to the advocacy for services and supports for children and adults with disabilities and their families. President Mary Jordan has made ending the waiting list a priority of her presidency. We celebrate this first big step in our journey to StopTheWait.

P2P has a newly reorganized policy listserv. In this election year, it is critical to be informed about issues that effect our children. Join us as we make a difference!
